Pathways into training, volunteering and employment for people with personal experience of multiple disadvantage in Manchester

This report outlines the findings from a peer research project exploring training, volunteering and employment pathways for people with personal experience of multiple disadvantage in Manchester. The research was commissioned by Inspiring Change Manchester, a partnership programme delivering the National Lottery Community Fund’s Fulfilling Lives initiative in Manchester. The report includes the main project findings and recommendations for actions in Manchester and beyond to increase accessible and good quality opportunities for this group.
