Our Experts by Experience are part of our team at every level and we’re keen to welcome more individuals
We’re not just talking about people who are willing to be interviewed about their experiences. We’re looking for individuals who want to make their feelings known directly to those who provide our country’s social, health and justice services.
Join Us
Become part of a national movement for change.
We want to meet people who want to protect others from the system failures that they themselves suffered.
Our Experts by Experience regularly talk with MPs and Select Committees, using their insights to guide those who make policy at the heart of government.
A growing number of Experts by Experience have also been trained by our team to work as researchers. These researchers can build trusting relationships with people whose multiple problems may make them feel so abandoned they often won’t talk to anyone else.
Experts by Experience are at the heart of everything we do because we believe in people’s capacity to turn around their own lives, no matter what challenges they’ve faced in the past.
