Welcoming our new Director of Policy, Research and Communications
Revolving Doors has appointed Cordelia Tucker O’Sullivan as their new Director of Policy, Research and Communications. Cordelia joins from Advance, a charity which supports women who have experienced domestic abuse and have had contact with the criminal justice system, where she was Head of External Affairs and Policy. Previous roles include Senior Policy and Public Affairs Manager at Refuge and Policy and Public Affairs Officer at the Fawcett Society.
Chief Executive of Revolving Doors, Pavan Dhaliwal said
I am delighted that Cordelia has joined Revolving Doors. She is a formidable campaigner and will be pivotal in leading our policy, research and communications function to deliver our strategy advocating for reform to the system that tackles the root causes of reoffending.
Commenting on her appointment, Cordelia Tucker O’Sullivan said, “Revolving Doors has never been needed more. The cost-of-living crisis risks worsening the revolving door of crisis and crime and reform of the system is needed on a wholesale rather than piecemeal basis. It will be a great privilege to work with a dedicated and talented staff team and inspiring group of people with lived experience to continue developing evidence-based solutions to these pressing issues. I can’t wait to get started.”
