We influence the system at every stage, from the local to national policy makers. We want our staff team to reflect the diversity in society. We welcome applicants from underrepresented groups, and those who have lived experience of the justice system.

Join a lived experience group
We want to work with people who have lived experience of the revolving door of crisis and crime. This helps us inform, influence, and shape better policies and practice. We have a range of regular forums and lived experience groups that you would be welcome to join.
