Sangeeta Kalia
Research Manager
As the Research Manager for Revolving Doors, Sangeeta leads research and evaluation projects. She works towards facilitating and centring the voice, participation and power of peer researchers across projects.
She is a strong advocate for, and holds a track record of, ensuring research and evaluation adds capacity and resources to communities and has real world impact.
Prior to Revolving Doors, Sangeeta has spent the last eleven years leading (quantitative and qualitative) research, evaluation and learning projects across the charity sector. She brings an expertise in racial justice, gender justice, equitable and decolonial methods (encompassing accessibility and creative methods), research project management and partnership development.
