Lucy works on the Changing Futures Program, supporting staff and those with lived experience to enhance their coproduction approaches to create meaningful system change. The contract focuses on ensuring people with lived experience of multiple disadvantages of the system (homelessness, addiction, contact with the criminal justice system, mental ill health and domestic abuse) are at the heart of decision making at a strategic level both regionally and nationally.
