Jess Pace
Research & Evaluations Manager
Jessica is an experienced social researcher and evaluator who is skilled in qualitative and quantitative research and evaluations across crime (including domestic abuse, serious violence, organised crime and ASB), justice and the justice system. She has produced data-driven insights and recommendations for clients such as the Home Office, Ministry of Justice, MHCLG and Ofcom, directly influencing policy. Jess is trained in delivering trauma-informed approaches to research, has extensive experience of conducting qualitative research and has led on effective data processing and management work, including implementing a process to identify fraudulent data and using SPSS syntax to remove from the dataset.
Between 2019 and 2023, Jess also volunteered for an education charity that champions improving access to education in Tanzania.
