System design
We work to influence policy makers and officials and support people with lived experience and professionals to collaborate effectively. We excel in proposing and implementing alternative policies and designs.
Service delivery and operation
We work to make services more effective and encourage innovation. This includes changing attitudes and empowering the workforce to embrace new ways of working.
Prevention
We develop alternatives to the status quo, with identifying and tackling causes and risk factors at the core.
Social and political
We influence political and public discourse and challenge stereotypes and we create networks to influence practice.
Work with us
Our in-house team designs and delivers independent and commissioned research, working in partnership with academics and other specialists.
